Here is an example of a monthly Lease Owner Statement, which we send to our leaseback owners monthly along with payment to them, net of aircraft operating expenses.

These spreadsheets lay out estimated costs of operating a Cessna 172 and Cirrus SR20 at Santa Monica Flyers. It differentiates between hourly costs and set monthly costs. Possible revenue scenarios are set against these costs to project possible net profits for different possible total rental hours. We also suggest how many hours we think the airplane could rent each month. This gives potential leaseback owners a general idea of what the numbers could be.
